Delete your Frontora account

Use this page to delete a Frontora account (the web app at frontora.app and the Frontora iOS and Android apps). Signed in already? You can also do it in the app: My Account → Delete my account.

How it works

  1. Enter the e-mail address you sign in with. We e-mail you a confirmation link.
  2. Open the link and confirm. We sign you out of every device right away.
  3. Your account is deleted after 14 days. Until then you can sign in and cancel.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, e-mail, phone number, password and profile settings.
  • Your sign-in sessions, app device tokens and push-notification tokens.
  • Calendar connections and your access to your business's locations.
  • If you are the only owner of a business account: the business account is closed and its customer data (customers, calls, recordings, transcripts, text messages, appointments and voicemails) is erased 30 days after your account is deleted.

We keep what the law requires us to keep (for example invoices and payment records), and a record that the deletion happened, without your personal details. See our Privacy Policy.
